The Bauhaus Museum Dessau connects the city’s historic Bauhaus buildings and stands as a contemporary architectural contribution. An exhibition called “Experimental Bauhaus. The Collection” tells the story of the famous school. It describes the Bauhaus as a vivid place where learning and teaching, artistic experimentation and work on industrial prototypes took place. The “Open Stage” on the first floor offers space for current artistic positions and events.

A time slot booking is required to visit the museum. This is only possible on site at the ticket office in the museum.
