Nature Park House Düben Heath (Naturparkhaus Dübener Heide)

The Naturparkhaus Dübener Heide welcomes guests at the foot of a 1000-year-old castle in the spa town of Bad Düben. Here, the association Verein Dübener Heide e.V.  and the Saxon park administration have their headquarters. An integrated tourist information not only provides current and extensive tips about the city and the Düben Heath, but also has regional souvenirs on offer. Thanks to an ultra-modern, permanent multimedia exhibition on topics such as wildlife, climate change and civic engagement, the converted farm has become the central communication point of the park. Throughout the year, special exhibitions, cultural and scientific events expand the local offer.

Because of its ideal location, the Naturparkhaus is the start and end point of many cycling and hiking trails, among them the certified Düben Heath hiking trail (the "Heide-Biber-Tour"), the Saxon part of the Luther Trail and the Kohlhaas Trail.
The family-oriented Billi-Bockert-Tour also starts at the Naturparkhaus. The first relevant board is in the castle’s garden.
