Competition: "Culinary Saxony-Anhalt"
The "Culinary Star of Saxony-Anhalt" competition took place for the seventh time in 2023 and is organised annually by the Ministry of Economics, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry of Saxony-Anhalt in cooperation with the Agrarmarketinggesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt.
The aim is to increase public appreciation of agriculture and the food industry as an important branch of the state's economy and to raise awareness of high-quality regional products.
To take part in the competition, producers in the state submit samples that are examined and evaluated by a jury of experts. The best products in 18 categories are then awarded a Culinary Star.
We would like to present the winning products from the WelterbeRegion Anhalt-Dessau-Wittenberg of recent years and invite you to taste them and experience the delicacies of our region.
